How many people fit per cabin?

Each cabin is ideal for 2 people. We can accommodate up to 4 with prior communication. The third and fourth guests carry an additional charge.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in the cabins to protect the natural environment and the experience of all guests. Properly accredited service animals are welcome with prior authorization.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 16 or more days in advance carry no charge and allow rescheduling within the following 60 days, one time only and subject to availability. With 15 days or less, or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking value is charged. Voluntary cancellations are non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions for force majeure cases.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included in the cabin price. Each cabin has a BBQ stocked with cookware for you to prepare whatever you wish.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 3:00 p.m. Check-out by 12:00 noon. Access to the property is available until 9:00 p.m.; arrivals after 6:00 p.m. require at least 24 hours' notice. Late check-out is subject to availability and may carry an additional fee.

Is there WiFi?

Yes, WiFi is available in all cabins. Though you came to disconnect, we keep it available for emergencies. As this is a rural area, the service may be intermittent.

How does payment work?

Your reservation is confirmed once full payment is processed through our secure payment gateway. You'll receive your reservation number by email.

Is there a restaurant?

We do not have our own restaurant. Each cabin has a BBQ stocked with cookware. We also partner with restaurants in Corregimiento San José, less than 5 minutes away, for food delivery.

Can children come? What documents are required?

Minors are welcome accompanied by a responsible adult. Under Colombian law, if the minor travels with only one parent, a relative, or a guardian, specific documents such as a notarized authorization are required. Write to us before booking and we'll confirm what applies to your case.

Can visitors come during my stay?

Only people registered in the reservation may use the facilities. To preserve the privacy of all guests, external visitors are not permitted without prior authorization.

Is smoking allowed?

Under the Anti-Tobacco Law and out of respect for the natural surroundings, smoking is not permitted inside the cabins or in covered common areas. Designated open-air areas are available.

Are there quiet hours?

Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. we ask all guests to keep volume low, out of respect for others and the natural surroundings. Here, silence is part of the experience.

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking is available for guests. Spaces are assigned by management. We do not take custody of vehicles or items left inside them.

Can I get there by public transport?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are frequent buses from Medellín — departing from the North Terminal, South Terminal, and the Exposiciones Metro Station — to La Ceja. From La Ceja, a direct bus runs to Corregimiento San José.
